Fitness Note cards! These are just a couple of them :)
Most days out of the week, I’ll shuffle the cards and choose 2-3 of these. I’m trying to push myself a lot this summer, so some of them are pretty intense and have left me incredibly sore afterwards. You all should make your own, and adjust the number of reps according to your goals/current fitness level! Throw in a few challenging cards and a few easy cards, but keep most of them somewhere in between. These are perfect for those days when you want to exercise but have no idea what to do. Just pull these out, and go! You can put whatever exercises you want. You could change them to running times or distances, how many bicep curls to do, etc. It’s your choice!
Hopefully posting this will also help give some folks a few good at home exercise ideas, too! It’s totally possible to have a killer at home workout, you just gotta get creative sometimes and take charge! :)
Also, if some of the exercises I’ve written don’t make sense to you it’s because I write them so I can understand it haha So some are probably worded funny. I’ll gladly clarify anything if you need me too! haha :D
